Hey, It's Phillip

So today was the first day of school. It was also the first day I saw Phillip since the end of school last year. I took one look at him and...
Well. We have known that Phillip changes his look every year or so, so we knew something was bound to be different about him. I just never expected this. So when I got home today, the first thing I did was to draw Phillip through the years.
So here he is just after coming to the States, one year later, last year, and today. He's still as evil as ever, though. He's just more psychotic about it.

Edit: He's put his hair back in the ponytail, thank tulips. But it's still yellow. And he's still wearing black, I just forgot.
